You are agreeing to our policies when you register for a workshop with us.

Due to the custom nature of our workshops and required registration, we do not offer refunds.
If you are unable to attend the workshop you are registered for, we recommend finding a friend or family member to come in your place so your project is completed.
We do not offer refunds for no-shows.
The registration fee is only good for the workshop registered for. We do not transfer registration fees to other workshops.
Supplies and materials are only available at the workshop and will not be held for pickup or shipment.

Children and infants are not allowed. No exceptions. If you show up for a workshop with a child or infant, you will not be able to attend the workshop and will not be issued a refund.
Only registered guests are allowed to attend our workshops. No exceptions.
The registration fee is for one person/one project.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled workshop start time to allow plenty of time for check-in and to get settled before workshop begins.
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all participants, guests who arrive more than 10 minutes after their scheduled start time will not be admitted to the workshop in progress, as late arrivals can be disruptive. If space is available, you are welcome to join the next scheduled workshop start time that day.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for late arrivals. If you think you may be running late, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the best available option.
